About this resource
This bold and colorful prevention bookmark stresses the importance of avoiding marijuana. Compact and convenient, these bookmarks are similar to a business card so they can be easily handed out in passing. Making for a very fast and effective means of awareness.
The front of these bookmarks features trendy artwork with the slogan “Marijuana is Dangerous and Risky – Don’t Blow Your Mind,” in big, bold letters. This message helps individuals better understand the consequences of marijuana use and make informed decisions about their health.
The back of the bookmark lists reasons why marijuana is dangerous and risky, which are:
- Marijuana is an addictive substance that rewires your brain and can cause long-term damage, especially in teens and young adults
- Marijuana can impact your grades and make it harder to participate in mentally demanding activities like sports, drama, music, or debate
- Smoking marijuana can impact the lungs and body in the same way that smoking cigarettes can
- Edibles and synthetic marijuana are as addictive and dangerous as the real thing
By providing a constant reminder of the importance of staying drug-free, these bookmarks can help kids and teens stay on track and avoid harmful habits.
