Flip the card to the back and you will find a continuation of the artwork found on the front of the card, as well as five tips to help you stay drug-free, including:
- Find hobbies or clubs to join! It’s hard to find time to do drugs if you keep yourself busy.

- Eat healthy foods and get enough sleep! A strong body can give you the strength to say “no” to drugs.
- Find a mentor or someone you trust to give you advice when times get tough.
- Make sure your friends are drug-free, too!
