Description
This pamphlet debunks the theory, held by many adults, that bullying is a normal. The brochure examines the long term harm that bullying causes in the lives of both victims and bullies. It corrects the most widespread myths about the practice and examines the characteristics of typical bullies and victims. It exposes the vicious character of bullying through an analysis of the bullying process. Readers are confronted with the fact that, even though most kids are uncomfortable with bullying, a majority tacitly condone or even encourage it. Also provided are suggestions on how to avoid becoming a victim of bullying. Plus what not to do in response to a bullying incident.
