Free DVD Preview Policy
All DVDs are available for a FREE 30-day preview program. Choose any three videos and try them at no cost for 30 days. To qualify, submit a signed request on your organization’s letterhead or call 877-329-0570. At the end of the 30 days, keep what you like and pay the invoice. Otherwise, to return the programs, all we ask is that you pay the return postage.

Domestic Shipments
Shipments to the continental United States are sent via UPS Ground or LTL freight. Shipments to APOs, FPO’s, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail. Depending on the level of customization required to produce the products ordered, shipping will usually occur within 5 to 10 business days from the date of the art approval. Video Program Rights
Video programs may be shown to general audiences after purchase. However, for Broadcast Rights on cable or via over-the-air transmission, additional costs and written permission is required. Video programs may not be duplicated. For Program Duplication Rights, additional costs and written permission is required. A Digital License is also available for an additional cost. A Digital License includes the right to use programs with a digital media system within an organization. Contact your sales representative for further details.

Artwork Creation Options
Artwork Proof Approvals
Once your custom artwork is complete, we’ll send a digital proof via email for your approval. Please review all details carefully. However, once approved, we will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the final printed product.
